CD Presenter

CD Presenter allows a user to create an Auto Run CD based on templates. The ability to use templates makes it easy to consistently make custom Presentation CD’s. The user creates a format as a template and when it to time to create the CD they are prompted for what files are related to each Button on the CD. If a group of files need to be combined and they are in a PDF format, the user can be prompted for each of the files and the software will combine the PDF files into one, add bookmarks for easy reference, and password protect the file making it idea for distributing confidential data.

The user has the ability to define:

• A background image
• A picture to be inserted on top of the background (such as a picture of himself or a product)
• Six Custom Buttons
• Nine lines of Text

The Difference

CD Presenter is not intended to be a feature rich auto run CD Creation program and it is not. What it is however, is an easy way to consistently make similar CDs that contain different information.

Point CD Presenter

Point CD Presenter completely automates the process of creating a custom CD for a loan officer’s client.  The user looks up the client in Calyx Point®, clicks on an Icon to activate the software and that’s it. Point CD Presenter It will automatically pull the correct background for the opening menu; the loan officer’s picture, the loan officer’s name and address, the clients name and address, password protect the confidential documents on the CD and create a thank you letter for the client. To use Point CD Presenter, LOS Paper Archive, Calyx Point® and CD Presenter, must be present on the user’s PC.

CD Point Presenter is only sold only as a site license, allowing everyone at a location to have access to the program. To make it easier for multiple users CD Point Presenter can be configured to pull its settings from a shared folder allowing everyone to be updated at once.
