Editing Messages
There are file text files in the folder:
Vista - C:\Users\(your user Name)\AppData\Roaming\edocfile\OCR Router\Messages
XP - C:\Documents and Settings\(your user Name)\Application Data\edocfile\OCR Router\Messages
which can be edited to better suit the users needs. These files contain the default text that is in the subject line and body of the email messages.
FailedFaxBody.txt - the message body of the notice that OCR Router has failed to find a matching set of rules. By default it is:
"OCR Router was unable to deliver the attached Facsimile"
Failed Faxrsubject.txt - the subject line of the notice that OCR Router has failed to find a matching set of rules. By default it is:
Failed to deliver Facsimile
Faxbody.txt - the message body of the notice that OCR Router has found a matching set of rules. By default it is:
OCR Router has recieved a facsimile for you
FaxrecievedSubject.txt - the subject line of the notice that OCR Router has found a matching set of rules. By default it is:
Facsimile Recieved
Note.txt - If using a note the text of the note can be edited. By default it is:
OCR Router has recieved a facsimile for you please check your folder
