PDF Filer for Point
PDF Filer for Point has been designed to provide a user of Calyx Point© a logical method of quickly storing, retrieving, and creating PDF files that relate to their client's Mortgage Loan File. All files are stored on the users Network and there are no per file charges. This program will allow a user to create a paperless work environment for processing loan files.
Loan file documents arrive in three methods, fax, eMail and as a paper document. PDF Filer has the ability to handle each of these documents types.
The file storage method is designed so that each employee only has access to their records and management has access to all files.
The program is based on the fact that loan files are structured files, meaning each one has the same type of document. For instance, each loan file has an application, disclosures etc. PDF Filer for Point allows the user to setup as many or few sections necessary to work productively with a loan file. These settings (document sections) are the same for all users. However, some users (processors - managers) can easily create new sections for a one time use or save the setting updating all users at once.
