PDF Filer III V is a utility
that allows a user to productively file PDF documents in a two tier file folder
hierarchy using three pieces of information.
It is ideally suited for use
with a copier that scans to a file folder on the network. It will monitor the
output folder from a copier for PDF files. When one arrives, it notifies the
user and provides a quick way to review and file the document. It eliminates the
need to browse to a folder on the copier’s keypad and name a file.

Two Tier Folder Hierarchy
Legal Example - In this case there is a
folder for each client and a sub folder for each case. The same can be applied
to other industries that need a two folder system of filing. An example would be
a contractor who has Jobs, there would be a folder for each Job and a subfolder
for each subcontractor working on the job.
File Naming in Two Tier Folders
Legal Example -
Files are named the Client
Name, Matter Number and Document Type. The three index or field values in this
case would be client (index or field value one), client matter number (index or
field value two) and document type (index or field value three).
