PDF Filer II V is a utility
that allows a user to productively file PDF documents in a one tier file folder
hierarchy with two pieces of information.
It is ideally suited for use
with a copier that scans to a file folder on the network. It will monitor the
output folder from a copier for PDF files. When one arrives, it notifies the
user and provides a quick way to review and file the document. It eliminates the
need to browse to a folder on the copier’s keypad and name a file.

File and Folder Structure
Example - In this case the folder is the
employee name and number (field or index value one) and the files is the employee name, number and type of
document (document type becomes field or index value two).
The file is retrieved as a bookmarked date stamped PDF allowing the user to go
directly to the section they are looking for.
