Time spent looking for files is time not
spent closing more loans. You can now end this waste of time
and increase your number of closed loans. Although
more and more files are being transferred electronically
they are still being printed and physically moved around and
office. It has been this way for years and when a client,
manager, processor or underwriter has a question about the
file it has to be found. With PDF Filer everyone knows where
it is and only those with permission have access to it, this
increases productivity and security
It is simple to use. When a file comes in
it is usually a fax that has been converted to an email PDF
attachment or it has been scanned in with a copier. With the
file open the user goes to their client in Point and clicks
on an Icon residing on their task bar. At this time they are
prompted as to what to do, file a document, retrieve a
document, or batch process documents. They select Auto File
and are prompted each step of the way until they are
presented with the following menu.

This allows the user to split the file
into a logical sections. For instance, a PDF arrives and it
contains the Application and income documents. Since these
need to be separated, the user just enters the page or page
range and selects from a drop down list what type of
document it is. That is it, a folder is created for the file
and the files are placed in the folder. The section names
can be standardized or each user can create their own. Now
that the document is in the system it is time to retrieve
it. The user returns to the client's file in Point and
clicks on the Icon again and selects Retrieve File. They are
then presented with the following menu.

The user can select one or more sections to open. To open
multiple sections, the user presses the Ctrl key while
clicking on the sections. Once selected the PDF will open.

The loan sections have become book marks
in the PDF so that the user can go directly to the section
they wan
